1.  How do I contact you to obtain a free quote?

2.  Where can I find your rates?

At this time they are not yet published. Our rates are comparable with advertised market rates and have researched Industry Production Standards (http://www.brennerbooks.com/) to ensure suitable pricing.  Rates will vary depend on size, scope, complexity and turn-around time requirements.

 

Types of rates offered:  hourly, by project, job, assignment, or on retainer basis.

 

Existing clients who refer customer(s) may receive up to a 10 percent discount following payment of first invoice of newly referred client.

3.  Do you accept referrals?

Yes, please feel free to share along our web address (http://www.eaf-consulting.com) to your associates. 

 

Please contact us directly and we will arrange an introductory e-mail, indicating that you recommended we contact them.

 

Testimonials are also welcome.  Please feel free to let us know your feedback.  Occasionally we will send a questionnaire regarding our past performance.

4.  What is your “turn-around” time?

Turn around time is considered the time period for agreements and requirements specifics.  Our delivery of product returned back to you for acceptance and/or approval.

 

Typical standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours. 

 

Time spent with client discussing or reviewing the project will be applicable to EAF Consulting Services hourly rate or other agreed upon financial agreement.

5.  Who do I contact to notify of a broken link?

If you locate a web link working improperly, we’d appreciate your letting us know. Please contact feedback@eaf-consulting.com. We regularly monitor our web site and related links, and always look forward to hearing about improvements to our services or website.

6.  What do you mean by an “incremental” draft?

We have learned over the years that some clients prefer to review an early draft (or other specified draft, dependent on size and scope of task).  An example in this case would be a draft of spreadsheet design or setup prior to data population or word document format setup prior to full on completion of edits, etc.  The incremental draft is the point where we have “go” or “no-go” for the effort.  At this point we confer /advise client of time spent on job to-date and estimated date / time of completion.  Based upon client written agreement, we proceed with work or adjust the work as specified.

7.  What are your methods of payment?

Currently payment for all projects is required at time of delivery (or submittal). 

 

If monthly billing is requested, a credit form is available.  Monthly billing will not be available until credit references are verified and credit is approved.

8.  What are your hours of operation?

Since the web site will soon allow files to be sent directly to our web site or communications sent directly to our e-mail, consider that we are available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. PST.

9.  What if I am on travel and need the file you already delivered to me and it is before or after your hours?

Please contact us at 619-322-6159 or via e-mail to: admin@eaf-consulting.com.  We should be able to contact you and retransmit that file(s) to you at your specified location.

11.  How long do you retain project files?

Client files will be deleted one year after completion of project, unless other arrangements have been agreed to.

12.  What is your Quality Commitment?

We will make every effort to locate and correct all errors prior to your review; however client is responsible for the final proof.  Our responsibility is limited to providing you with original page(s) only and does not extend to duplicating charges.  Therefore, proofread your project carefully prior to duplication.  Errors and omissions found thereafter are client’s responsibility.
